At Tactical Fabrics, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights if you need to return an item or request a refund.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period has expired.
Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If any item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return postage. Please retain the goods and any packaging until the matter is resolved.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be processed. We will provide you with a returns address and any further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to clear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
